The apartment has a well though-out floor plan, including a spacious bed-room and living-room oriented to the quiet rear of the building. The living-room has an attached balcony that has direct sunlight starting in the afternoon. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with everything you need to live comfortably, including washer, dryer, dishwasher and various cooking utensils. A third room can be used flexibly, e.g. as home office.

The monthly rent is all inclusive and includes internet, electricity, warm water etc.
